lol -Thanks Poos. Was hopin I wasn't gettin sick or sumthin! LOVE Daylight Savings - although for the first few weeks it's going to be hard. When I finish at the gym I'm going to have to go home & jump on at least one of the horses.

:oops: hahaha - Buck has a thing about puttin up photos of us guys that compete. Although, I do think it motivates some others. I just wish the trainers would stop pointing me out in the gym!

Went climbing at Extreme in My Welly. Went agin last night before going to watch "the game" :cry: at the pub. Wasn't sore from Wed nights efforts, however I am this morning. Legs and traps? Yet, it's my forearms that feel like they're gona blow when your on the wall.

Friday PM training I went to Club Physical Botany for a change. Not particularly fond of this gym. Too many posers, not enough freaks!

No formal training. Took me an hour to get the feakin horse on the truck though! Went to Tuakau to ride X country - that went ok - no problem gettin same horse on same truck on way home!

I know how your horse feels... I hate getting into the car on the way TO a long bike ride or run..but it always seems a lot easier to climb back in for the drive home!

Those are great calorie burns you do on the cardio, you must really go for it!

The hard house makes me do it :nod:

I saw the epitomy of passive exercise tonight. This woman started on a X Trainer.......reading, stepping at about 30 steps per min. Then she moved onto the ab crunch machine.......reading, then abductors.......reading. Must have been one hell of a novel that she couldn't put it down to put some effort into her workout. I bet she wonders why she's not losing weight!

Do you have any high carb days or refeeds coming up?

Not at this rate. Will be depletion, depletion, depletion. Just not movin the weight. Body fat test on Fri AM - that will decide whether I continue of shelve Nats for another year.
