Nice rows  not so sure about your sanity... biceps burning from first set of 21s, so you go straight back and do it again!

Now that's commitment!

Dunno about commitment. I made the mistake of complaining that I didn't get much of a pump off lasts weeks bicep workout, so training partner was going to make sure it hurt this week. Mission accomplished!

Nice workout!
Cable Bicep Curls (posing)

2P x 5

1P x 10, 10

I started doing these - so called "hero curls" - they're a killer!

Thanks Autechre - I knew they must of had a 'proper' name!

Kinda like doin cable flys to finish ya chest off - these have a very similar effect on your bis!

Hooray for pain-free deadlifts and a healthy back

Never heard cable curls called "hero curls" but I like the name...kinda feel a fraud tho (in my case, anyways) curling the first few plates on a very tall stack, esp when the two cable stations are in front of a very large and unforgiving mirror :(

That must be where i'm going wrong, I did them at the start of my bi workout and that finished them off before I had really started :pfft:

Don't know if it's the proper name for them, but that's what the Americans (of course) call them.

More or less pain free - a little tweaky today, but I don't think it's anything to be concerned about.
