15.5kg x 8, 8 (f*cking gotcha!!)

14kg x 8

L-Laterals 7.5kg x 12 x 4

Face Pulls 8P x 10 x 3

Cable Side Laterals 1P x 10 x 3

1hr X Trainer L10 (843 cals)

Good session, felt the burn in my shoulders for a fair while on the x trainer. Gym was strangely desserted this morning (did someone say dessert??!!)

Nice work Flamer, what is your next goal for shoulders or you going to stick at the 15.5's for a bit?

Unfortuntely I think I will be stuck on them for a while. There are no DB's at my gym between the 15.5kg and 17.5kg!! Big jump really.

Ever thought about a pair of 1kg wrist-bands ?

I saw some at (K-mart, I think) - not sure about the physiology of it (would having some of the weight on the forearm, not the hand, make a difference), or even whether it'd be safe, but it might help bridge the gap.

Not a bad idea - however, I think I'll stick with getting reps up on the 15.5kg's and then take the leap to the 17.5kg's!

Welcome back Flamer, Happy New Year and all that shit. Did you loose a couple of kg before Christmas or think f*ck it and just eat and drink lots like me? :lol:

Lol - kinda. But still sittin around 66kg at the mo. Back into things yesterday, yet to post workout. Took this morning off, but will be back on Fri. It's all systems go Mon 12TH!

You're a fine one to talk, Miss I can't find the keyboard since Xmas :grin:

Yeah, a few too many drinks really. But had a most awesome time. Just haven't been near a 'puter (thankfully). I see you were still solidering on!
