Dunno if you would call Lance hot - unless it's 20+ degrees in the gym. But, he is one of the best damn trainers I have the pleasure of training with!!

LMAO - I'm in perfect shape and that shape is round!!! Haven't jumped on the scales - at a guess mid 60's! Clothes still fit, albeit a tad snug! Basically - I look good clothed - just wouldn't wanna be naked with the lights on!! :oops:

Seem to be really struggling to get my DB Shoulder Press weight up. 15kg is still not pretty - however the problem seems to be more my tricep failing than my shoulders hurting. Essentially, I think triceps are limiting my shoulder growth - very frustrating! :evil:

Flamer, drop the tricep work you have now and go for 3 - 5 sets of close grip bench presses. Work your way to peak with a heavy final set of 3 - 5 reps. If you want after this just for some extra pain do your push downs, but guaranteed to make your tris grow like weeds.

Oh and for shoulders, after db presses, before all that lateral raises, why not go for 3 - 4 heavy sets of push presses. I reckon shoulders respond way better to stimulus like that than laterals for packing on sheer strenght.

Swiss Ball Leg Raise x 10 x 3

OK - so kinda happy I got the 90kg, which wasn't too bad. HUGE leap to 100kg though. As soon as I took the weight up off the pegs I knew is wasn't gona be pretty. Anticipate sore legs tomorrow and Friday - they're OK so far! Plan for next week will be to up the weight on the deads - 105 - 110kg, and to stick with 80kg for squats, but get more reps in there.

Thanks all. A little sore today - just need to keep movin so as not to seize up!!

Just did some cardio at the gym this morning. My reputation as a nutter grows! The same guys that watched me grind out 100kg x 3 yesterday were giving me shit about doing a 10 min run/sprint this morning. Apparently I'm a glutton for punishment!

Going to watch my boss get some more tattoo work this afternoon (yess) - love watchin the 'big man' in pain. Riding horses could be interesting this evening - have had trouble getting leg in the stirrup to get on one before after a big leg day.
