1hr X Trainer L6 (814 cals) - this was hard. Had to give legs a real rev up ("Is that all you got?"....."Bring it on!!")

Fair estimate I will be stiff & sore tomorrow :twisted:

AM

1 hr X trainer L6 (846 cals) - this was split between 2 X trainers as my usual was taken & the one I selected cut off at 25min. Angry, grumpy!

Standing Calf Raise 60kg x 15 x3

Seated Calf Raise 20kg x 12 x 3

Really glad my assistant is away today. Will give me a day to sort my grumpy ass out & bring back Miss Pleasant & Smiles!

Not long now honey, you're doing great and very normal being grumpy, tired, sore, little bit fruity, spacey, rude (mostly unintentional), snappy, exhausted BUT you will look fantastic so all worth while. Only one week of it though aye, so not long at all just take every day, day by day and stay focussed.

That will be nice. However I find sometimes friends wind me up as I'm just shitty haha Trying to be all nice and it just gets on my tits big time. I'm not allowed to socialise in next couple of days as i am evil nasty

And on a side note, I hate it when my favourite treadmill's taken too. It can actually ruin a training session for me for some reason :?

wats makes a favourite treadmill? thats like this dumb girl at my gym.... she waits for a specific treadmill to be free even if the other 3 are vacant... now thats just stupid if u ask me

well im just saying a favourite treadmill... wtf? thats like having a favourite locker at the gym and if its in use waiting till the perosn gets ther stuff out of it b4 u enter the gym.

Who said anything about "waiting" for anything? If its taken, then its taken. I'd prefer it to be free, but I wouldn't sit and wait for it :-s

U tell him, Flamer... there can be a wide variation in actual effort against the 1-20 setting...seeing in a different thread guys grousing about whether a 20kg oly bar weighs 20kg or 22kg, what's the diff?

So let me get this straight...you're a week from a comp, eating air and water and probly sod-all else, and you still manage to knock out two one-hour cardio sessions, along with two weight sessions and more than 1600cals on the cardio alone... :notworthy: :clap:

Inspirational! (of course, that means I can't skip late-nite cardio myself :evil: :grin: )
