Wow that is an awesome compliment!

lol - don't think it was supposed to be though!! Bit like when someone says "Your lookin really gaunt!" It's not meant as a compliment, but it kinda is!

Oh, it's a complement all right :D

I remember the first time someone told me I was looking gaunt - my first reaction was "Finally"

Might go watch - will see if I'm not all BB'd out!!

Sunday has been HUGE!! I'm looking at doin a triathlon early Feb - so thought I'd better get some training in. Went for a run up & over the farm this morning. Was easier than I thought it would be! Didn't stick to the track, so in places I was "hands & knees'n it" crawlin up hills. Was awesome fun - bit disappointed my legs aren't sore! Took me just over an hour.

Then I got both horses out of the paddock & on to the truck (no dramas today) & took them to the arena down the road. Bit of dressage, some showjumping - both performed like superstars.

It was about this point in the day I realised I did have slightly 'fatigued' legs, but not sore. Came home, hosed the ponies off, fed them & slung them back in the paddock to enjoy the remaining sunshine!

So, fantastic day. Chicken ready for next couple of days, all relaxed and ready to tackle another week.

A triathlon eh, man your keen! Good that you have other goals other than BB shows. Run sounds like lots of fun, like cross country back in the day at school

Was very much like that (was thinkin that at the time!). Used to do a lot of tri's and it's why I originally joined the gym - to get more power into my swim stroke. Not aiming for anything big.......this year!
