DB Shoulder Press (volume over weight now)

14kg x 12 x 3

13.5kg x 8 (triceps feelin fried?? :? )

Side Laterals 8.5kg x 10 x 5

Incline Rear Delt Raise 6kg x 10 x 4

Incline Rear Delt Fly 6kg x 10 x 4

Face Pulls 7P x 12 x 4

Machine Press 3P x 12 x 4

Front Plate Raise 10kg x 10 x 4

1 hr X trainer L6 805 cals

Quite happy with that w/out. The incline rear delt superset still burns - even after all this time of it being in my shoulder w/o.

Legs are shapin up real well - just need to cut layer of blub from the top! :pfft:

Motivation is a combination of "this is something I want" and there being a whole gym full of eyes watching just about my every move. I sorta have a high profile at Genetics!

Your legs/booty combo are really nice (uhh, no homo :shifty: ) - all that cardio/high rep squats/lunges are paying off :clap:

Aww, thanks guys, gettin more positive about things by the day. Weight this morning 62.1kg, 12.5% BF. Looking like I'm on trget & will hit the stage (dry) about 57-58kg.

( I was on my second to last set & ready to throw the towel & go home - then it occured to me if TFB can train on the other side of the globe, then I can haul my ass through to the end of my w/o - THANKS TFB!!)

Natural Runner L5 45 min (545 cals) - really couldn't manage an hour :(

I am now enjoyin lyin on the couch - edit - moulding into couch! Fish for dinner - was a nice change from chicken and throughly enjoyable. Might have some WW jelly, if I can make it off the couch.

Actually, now you're making me feel guilty...I just finished work for the day, a little early (4pm) and was thinking of skiving off into town to see what's what - but maybe I should go try to find a way to work legs with what this gym's got.

Thought about it some more - nah, dumb idea!

Great to hear you're hanging in there tho, no matter when the NABBA nats actually are!

Thanks for the support guys & gals! TFB - definitely a better idea to have a look around - who the f wants to do legs on a Friday??!!

My mate did say to me it was pretty obvious I was struggling. Been tired today too. Did 1 hr wind trainer this morning, rode both horses around the farm (naughty ponies today - windy) and I did half hour wind trainer this afternoon. Cut it short 'cause I was becoming mozzie meat!!

I had one of Genetics big boys come up to me on Friday at the gym.

"You lost a lot of weight recently" he says

"Yeah, still got 2kg to go before Nationals" I say

He looks me up & down & raises one eye brow. He didn't say anything, but the look said "and where do you think that's going to come from?"" Was sort of funny, but encouraging!
