Phew!! Seriously busy weekend.

Saturday 13th Sept

AM - 1 hr wind trainer

Took my horse truck for a COF. Miracle of mircales. It only failed on 4 things and isn't going to cost me $$$$ to rectify (this time). I've fixed park light and replaced missing bolt from exhust pipe. Just got to get the CRC out to free up headlights so they can be "adjusted" and get a locking petrol cap (?? fucked if I know why I need that). Should be a all legal beagle by next weekend!

Rode both horses - took me favourite for a blat around the farm. Dressage on the young 'un - I forget how tiring dreesage is on the legs. Moved foals, moved horses. Went to pub to watch rugby - great game, if not a little tense near the end!!

Sunday 14th Sept

I won a 3 month membership to Club Physical while I was at Sonny Schmidt show - so thought I'd go check it out.

Wasn't overly impressed. Genetics is actually better equiped IMO. Sauna was nice though - reptiles like the heat!!

I have just put up both my cardio sessions to 1 hour, I only got up to about 780 cals, I think my Xtrainer is broke :pfft: You must go like a maniac? I think I go about 120/130 which is good for old ladies, bloody heart monitors don't work on any of the suckers

I have my "fav" X trainer - it's the only one that the HR monitor works on. I can get quite pissy if someone else is using it!! Will try post up my cardio mix for ya tonight - get ya heart pumpin like some crystal meth!!!

haha may be I should get some ICE haha Sweet, yeah I think there is like one that works at my gym too, might try and nab it tonight! I do the Random/Interval depending on the type sometimes level 8 or 13 on the other ones, still get sweaty puffy, but not over kill as I don't want to burn my muscles to DUST! :?

The calorie calculator from xtrainer to xtrainer varies doesn't it? I don't know how accurate it is . I notice it most on the treadmils. I'll be running at the same speed as my training partner for the same amount of time and he's done like 60 cals more than me? f*ck you machine. :lol:

Good stuff on the cardio. Top effort! :D
