Lol - you lazy? Yeah right Sheta!! Aiming for NABBA Nats - if I can ever get motivated to really work for it. Training is good, diet leaves a little to be desired. I think the issue is that I'm goin it solo this year - so no one to be accountable to or bounce ideas off.

What about you? Your gunnin for NZFBB Nats yeah?

Saturday 30th Aug

AM - 40 min wind trainer

PM -rode both horses, 4km x 2 (up, down, up, down.......)

Chased lazy bitch's dog meat mutt (aka really stupid horse) out of my padock. 45 mins of chasing the thing around the paddock, in my 3/4 length swanni, til it found the gateway out of my paddock. Blood pressure high, more than a few choice words echoed throughout the valley! All

Sunday 31st Aug

AM - 1 hour wind trainer.

Had brekky, rugged up - 'cause the wind out there is brutal. Time to see if the ponies will co-operate and do some poncy dressage for the morning. My mate came out yesterday afternoon and broke into my truck (I had locked the keys in it!!) - so I'm planning on a trip to the forest next weekend.

So, Jim H (TV1 weather - only channel I can get at mo) was tryin to tell me it was 16 degrees yesterday. Yeah- freakin - right. Was way too windy to try doin dressage (horses HATE wind). And to brave the elements to do more beach laps (did some galloping, so it wasn't all up, down shit) I had:

1. cotton skivvy

2. thermal skivvy

3. sweatshirt

4. woolly jersey

5. 3/4 length Swandri

I felt like the a Yeti!

Anyhow.......

Feels like a really short workout. Suggestions to possible additions welcome! Going to add some wide grip pull ups to Friday's workout - 'cause I'm gona need a spoter for those! :?

Then how come your back still looks way better than mine???Huh, huh?? I'm thinkin your form is probably better! I get a bit messy on those rows sometimes - becomes a forearm workout.
