Looks like you are coming along nicely, BF coming down as planned and diet all good?

lol - um, not exactly. Diet has been REALLY bad and I have no idea about BF. I have put on 2kg however, so make of that what you will!

Sort of got a "rude wawkening" when I jumped on the scales and it was probably the shake I needed to buck my ideas up. Just been lazy really. I think some of the gain may be muscle, as my shoulders are looking fuller, but my quads are too.

Yep that will be it gained a couple of kgs in muscle :nod: You've been doing all the cardio/weights all good. Cook your meals now woman! haha

Need to stop givin in to the little voice in my head that says "have that chocolate, it will be fine"!! All comments in my journal should begin with "Put the chocolate down Flamer!"

AM - 40 min wind trainer

Mid afternoon - walk around Mt Maunganui (as in the actual mountain)

PM - 4.2km run (2.1km with dad, til legs gave out, so 2.1km limp back home)

Thought legs were really going to pay for that run - quads and calves. But was fine. Was supposed to be 6km too!!! I find I lack the mechanical efficiency to run anymore.

Sunday 24th Aug

PM - 40min wind trainer

Monday 25th Aug

AM - 1 hr X trainer (802cal)

Side Bends 13.5kg x 12 x 3

Aww you went down to the Mount!! How was the weather down there over the weekend? And Damn, your dad's hardcore :shock:

Mt was all good. Parents have a bach, so we just hung out for the weekend. Sat was OK, but it really packed up on Sunday. Can't say I enjoyed the drive home.

Yeah, dad is pretty hardkor. He's going to Oz to doa Half Ironman in a couple of months. He's trying to get me to do Tin Man Tri in November and the Auckland Half Marathon (also in Nov!!). But, by the way the run went on Sat......no freakin likely! :grin:
