Thanks Poos. Think I've been a bit worried about getting stuck at the bottom in the past. Had a trainer to spot me today. Watch this space.....80kg here we come!

Swimming - 20 LENGTHS.

:pfft:

How long does it take you to do 20 laps? And your tris get sore? Its always my legs that give out first! Always get mad pumps in my quads from swimming.

Great work with the cardio btw ;)

Thanks PnW. 12-15 mins for 20 LENGTHS, which is slow by my previous standards. I don't kick much with my legs - it's a triathlon thing, we like to save those for the bike & run.

AM - 1 hour wind trainer

PM - rode both horses (yay, improves mood dramatically!!) Then moved their paddock (that considered more cardio in my book!)

Phew - another morning over with. Will prob do cardio tonight. Think I'm finally starting to see some shoulder growth :pray:

Noice on Shoulder Press / Growth :grin: Yep 14kgs won't be far away. See how you feel on the day, if feeling strong you might be able to get a spot for some 15's, never underestimate your strength / mind over matter some days - give it a crack! :D

PM - 1 hour Natural Runner L5 (802 cals) Time to shift some chub!

Tomorrow is my last AM weights session. Will go back to AM cardio & PM weights. Going to make the most of tomorrow morning with a squat session with Lance Stewart - fully expect to walk funny for the remainder of the week (yeah!!). Gunnin for a 80kg!

A1 Good Mornings 50kg x 20 x 4

A2 Stiff Leg Dead Lifts 50kg x 15 x 4 (really happy grip held here)

B1 Leg Extension 105 x 10 x 3 (feelin a little fatigued now)

B2 Lying Leg Curl 60 x 10 x 3

Awesome leg session - stoked with the squats. Am going to miss weights in the morning. Will be back tonight for cardio & abs. Will do abductors and calfs tomorrow.

Thanks team. Think the big difference has been havin Lance there behind me. Will be happy to give 60kg a go on my own, but not sure on any heavier than that. Gettin under the 70 & 80kg I actually FELT the weight.

Don't worry though girls (& gent) - I think it will be a fair while before I get a 100kg! :pray:
