you look pretty good laver. If you want my opinion you should try and eat as much as you can for the next 6 months and stick to just the basic compound stuff and nothing else. Lift as heavy as you can on everything as soon as you warm up and try to max out on about 6 reps for big muscles and 6-8 for smaller ones.

Train every bodypart once a week, and do as many heavy failure sets as you can until you are totally fucked.

I'm actually not convinced that rep range works for me, think I might need to go 6-8, because I've been doing 4-6 now for a little while and mainly only got strength gains, however need to do it a bit longer to see if I'm getting mass out of it.

I already eat a fair bit, undecided whether it's too much or not enough at the moment, injuries sickness and dieting have got in the way of being able to ascertain much from my records. After my 7weeks of dieting coming up I might try a month of eating more than I have been recently then a month of eating less on same program and see what that yields.

My thoughts, in bullet form for extra efficiency...

- Good calves and shoulders

- Work on the chest, arms, and quads

I agree

I dont know anything about posing

but more back work wouldnt go a miss.

I cant comment on your training as mines not the greatest, but lots of heavy exsposive sets will pack on more mass.

And bro you deffenitly need to eat more.

Otherwise good shit man,

Hey Laver. Good on ya for posting some pics bro. You have a good structure. Calfs, legs, shoulders and biceps are good. Need to hit the back a bit harder. For me this is my weakpoint aswel. I have been training back as a priority and sometimes hitting it twice a week depending on how it feels. Also I train back after my day off from the gym.

Have you thought of competing?

looks pretty good, except you are a tad to white, and you have skiddies on your undies ...... nah j/k :)

Good job!

- When posing for side chest, roll your front shoulder back, and puff your chest up (straighten your spine more)

Pse, definitly effective.

Thanks for tips, I actually had big trouble trying to get my side chest working for me, so the more help the merrier.

I would definitly like to get up to a good standard and compete a few times in some local comps and maybe north island before I hit the big boys - Men Category.

So yes would love to at some stage.

PnW, thanks.
