Weight - 98.9kg (first time in 6 yrs in the double digits :nod: :nod: )

Now that's more like it - CELEBRATE, \:D/ :clap: it's an awesome achievement!

So many people would have given up and settled back for a comfortable life, but you've stuck it, well done !

Chest

DB Incline Press - 12 @ 16, 10 @ 18.5, 8 @ 22.5, 6 @ 25

Flat Bench DB - 8 @ 18.5, 10 @ 18.5, 12 @ 16

Flyes - 10 @ 14, 10 @ 14, 10 @ 16

Shoulders

DB Press - 12 @ 11.5, 10 @ 14, 8 @ 14, 6 @ 16

DB side Raise - 10 @ 7.5, 10 @ 7.5, 10 @ 10

Weights a bit different as did workout at work and havn't got the selection the same as gym.

25/06/08 Start Weight- 119.6

Started 4 weeks on 8 small meals a day with mainly protein and 30 mins cardio a day for 7 days a week.

21/07/08 Weight- 113.5kg

Weight 98.4kg

Holy *#$I!!!!

Incredible progress. No matter what your goal is you can take inspiration from that kind of result.

Bike - 10 mins

S/B crunches - 20 / 15 / 15 / 20

Chops - 12 @ 60lb, 12 @ 70lb (each side)

Weights PM

Shoulders

Shoulder Press - 12 @ 12.5, 10 @ 14, 8 @ 16, 6 @ 18.5

Lat Side Raise - 12 @ 7.5, 12 @ 7.5, 12 @10

Chest

Incline DB Press - 12 @ 16, 10 @ 18.5, 6 @ 22.5

DB Flyes - 10 @ 16, 10 @ 16, 10 @ 16

Cable X cross over - 12 @ 70lb, 10 @ 60lb

Was a bit soree from other training at work so all was good :nod:
