Great work dude!

How do you keep from getting bored on the t'mill? mp3 player, or ?

I dunno how I'd have coped without mine..mind you, I found myself surfing for 'posing music' the other day...things must be getting serious.

As for posing, yep that's harder than it looks, eh!

Yep I have the ipod and made a playlist for the gym. Mainly heavy metal as it numb the brain and you forget how long yu have been on the mill...lol :nod:

I found some posing music by mistake the other day when I was loading the ipod. Its quite cool and the PT thought it was good to. :nod:

I start into splits today. Get the program with the PT .

I am really looking forward to it. I will still be doing lots of cardio though. As you put it..... I also have fat to shift that has been there a few years....lol :roll: :roll:

Weight- 106.9kg (on empty tummy, jut water)AM

Cardio- Treadmill 40 mins ( tried doing 400m walk 6.6km/h then run 200m @ 10km/h for a while then back to 6.8km/h for remainder)

Cals- 670 cal

PM weights to come :)

:ditto: that's absolutely motoring, great work.

Just a thought - for pre-breakfast cardio (if that's what it was) you could try adding a cup of black coffee and an aspirin, part of the Old-School ACE (Aspirin, Caffeine, Ephedrine) weight-loss accelerator stack without the now-banned element. Also, talk to your PT if you haven't already about whether creatine might come in handy pre-cardio.

Cheers for that.

I am using Phosphagen Elite at the moment. Mainly prior to weights workouts. It has definately been great for them in the short time I have been on it.

I just tend to have water pre morning cardio...and of course my nicotene fix...lol :naughty:
