TRAINING - Fullbody depletion

Chest press: 3x20

Press ups: 3x15

Seated row: 3x20

Lat pulldowns: 3x20

Cable curls: 3x20

Tri pulldowns: 3x20

Walking lunges: 6x20

Lying leg curls: 6x20

CARDIO - Fasted 70mins powerwalk in the morning

DIET - On. Low day today.

Cals - 1,475

P - 156.1g

C - 51.2g

F - 57.6g

Water: 1.5L (target: 3L). This is embarassing putting this here.. but I HATE water, so I need to shame myself into drinking more of it and less pepsimax :oops:

M1: 200g greek yoghurt, 100g boysenberries, 1/2 scoop PP

M2: 1/2 HPLC, 20g almonds

M3: 150g chicken, veges

M4: 1/2 HPLC, 20g almonds, carb less bar

M5: 1/2 HPLC

Omg, I'm turning into a protein bar junkie :clap:

Sooo tired today. But on a positive note, I'm starting to enjoy cardio in the mornings. It cracks me up 'cos the people I see out walking/running at the bumcrack of dawn are people from my gym! Are there any other people out there that care about their health ?!!

I think sometimes its only the hardcore that are up at that hour - but I'm actually enjoying the 40m on the trainer, MP3 player bouncing my eardrums off each other in the middle of my head. The 7am crew at the gym is full of the same people too...

Hang in there tho P&W, the clock is ticking down and if you keep on the way you're going, it'll all be worth it on the night... every minute spent now is probably saving you two minutes spent panicking the night before the comp.

True :nod: It just surprised me 'cos I train at nights, to see those "regulars" out walking in the early AM lol.

M6: 120g lite CC, 1 WW jelly

Man, that Austrian/German guy who won gold in the 105kg weightlifting made my day.. what an emotional win!

If it was the same dude I think I saw that one on Good Morning highlights yesterday, jumped around and kissed his coach it was cool as, he was a BIG fella. 1082?! Damn, thats teh hardkoR3. In the past I've always lost on 1750, so at 1500, the fat's coming off how I like \:D/ lol. I've got 2 high carb days on my heavy days though, so they're my saving grace at the moment.. and I'm enjoying them while they last :D

The jelly fluff is awesome! Can't wait for my next high carb day to try it with the WW choc or caramel dessert yum.gif

Yeah 1082 cals and every 4th day is 1418 but high protein only 35gm carbs so that is why I loose things, bump things, talk shit (more than normal) and just stare in to space like a tard sometimes haha Doing what I'm told, Jo said 2 weeks so not sure what is in store for me next week. Seems to be doing the trick, getting scrawny, ok so 1% BF loss per week and not loosing muscle which is numero uno so tough tits if I act a bit like a tard (again more than normal). :pfft:

I am really enjoying your journal / diet Poos, will have to catch up to you on all the yummies and super heavy weights in just over 8 weeks :nod:

I see some of the same folks in there in the evenings too...they're the hard nuts - or, like at least one competitor I know, starting to sweat the excess cals they're carrying....

Those few small triangles of cloth are smaller if there's a bit of surplus b/f around...

I might just wait til they change the rules so masters can pose-off in their boardies :pfft:

nope1.gif... They're another type of those wee WW dessert sachets but only come in chocolate & caramel (have lots more carbs). Thought I'd try adding in one of those to the blender with the lite cottage cheese instead of the jelly for a change ;)

Oh yeah those WW deserts, yep tell me what it is like blended with the CC, sounds like a nice idea. I find the felly ones haha jelly ones a bit sweet, though not allowed those things for a while.

Its setting in the fridge right now for my last meal tomorrow. There's only a piddly bit in the bowl.. like about 1/3 of the size you get with the Jelly dry.gif. Better taste good dry.gif

Geez metamucil's disgusting :shock: If you don't drink it fast enough after you mix it, it turns into a jelly-like goop... so chugged it down Fear Factor stylez - holding my nose lol. Unexpected bonus though... didn't wanna eat anything for a couple of hours after \:D/

Worked at the Drop In centre tonight... this is a small part of what our inner city's homeless had for dinner!

Legs are starting to get more definiton.. teardrop and sweep a little more noticeable now :grin:

Had more sets for upper body, but I figure the walking from the cardio's gonna aid the depletion for the legs. Practically had to crawl out of the gym this morning.

Cals - 1,439

P - 194.1g

C - 46.4g

F - 43.8g

Water: 4L. And about 4L in sugar free Mountain Dew :roll:

Had yummy asparagus soup for lunch. And I found a plain/unsweetened yoghurt (Naturalea) that's less cals and carbs than the greek yoghurt I usually get! Also has less protein, but that can be remedied pretty easily.

Also noted that I've actually gained weight (up to 71kgs today from 69 last week!) but clothes are looser or fitting better \:D/ Haven't had a BF% test, nor will I get one 'cos they just fcuk things up for me psychologically.
