Ooh damn, so many to choose from! And its good 'cos it gives suggestions on the best type of cut for the different types of bewb and booty... lol.

I got the triangle string top and the pro cut bottom (it's freaking tiny) and V-front. I ended up getting a second one made too in a different colour and got her to cut it between a pro and a brazilian... it ended up being a tiny bit bigger than I wanted at the back, but oh well, nothing major!

I have black and green liquid foils, so they're both shiny.

I have some stones but now I'm wondering if I should just leave it. I'm kinda lazy :lol: Maybe I should do that on Sundays when all I wanna do is go drink at the bar :pfft:

Or better yet, work the drinks into your macros and take the bikinis & stones with you to the bar.. lol. That'll make for some interesting patterns :pfft:

Energy was pretty low today. Moping around work and the house feeling sorry for myself :naughty:

Training was average, the mind wasn't into it. But was glad I sucked it up and finished it off :)

Mum's birthday today, so I made 2 banana cakes and some peanut butter cookies (in my family, love = food lolz). I was surprisingly OK making it! I seem to get enough satisfaction with watching other people eat nice food... weird confused.gif.

Family's going out for dinner on Saturday night, so it looks like I'll be making my food in advance again to eat at the restaurant. Yay! hahano.gif

Actually a little bit more than 130, seeing as the plates are 45 & 35 lb'ders shrug.gif. 'Scuse the butt shot.. BF was recording %7Boption%7D

Hips comming up a bit to fast puts extra pressure on your lower back, starts to round. Try and push back to get hamstrings tight, which helps you load the bar, (take a bit of the weight) big breath, push abs out. Drive through the heels pull bar as close as you can into your body.

Could not quite see your shoes if they are runners take them off, try it, will make a big difference.

Have you ever tried Sumo, the wider pelvic structure makes this lift more suited to women, probably will not give the mass building of conventionals but your deadlift could shoot a up quite a lot.

THANK YOU for this OB! Yeah I noticed that my hips come up too fast too.. and I do get mad lower back DOMs after doing deads, so it all makes sense now :doh:

Tried these a while back, but we're talking years :shock: I'll do a few more weeks of conventionals to try and improve form then will give these a crack.

For some reason Sumos don't feel right to me. I should play around with them. I guess it's a matter of preference!!

Its probably because you don't have a wider pelvic structure like most wimmenz 9542a3ae.gif

I've only ever mucked around with them in the past, but I think I might give it a go soon, seeing as I wanna get my lifts up :nod:

Can't really remember what I did over the weekend (nooooo, not alcohol related :pfft: ). Just been really gumby and forgetful lately. But I was good on the diet :grin:, trained a bit on Saturday, and cardio was done on both days.

Well well well, due to unforeseen circumstances.. my comp date's moved from CNIs on Oct 11 to NABBA North Harbour, Nov 1. I'm out of town late Sept - early Oct for work, so now I have to diet for even longer dry.gif

I've never done a NABBA show before so it'll be interesting! (Last 2 shows I did were NZFBB and SPBBF). And plus you get to have a person backstage with you, and being a local comp, logistics will be easier :grin:

Training's changed to a 3-day fullbody split. Got bored with my last split and with help realised that I was doing waahaaayy to much volume for my upperbody... so am trying something new \:D/

Diet's along the lines of a ketogenic type deal (this is day 4 of it now), with low carbs/moderate fat/high protein for 6 days, and a depletion workout & refeed every 7th day. Going awesomely on this so far - strength hasn't suffered, and no hunger pangs :D

Haha! I might throw in a high cal day and have a planned cheat meal somewhere along the track :nod: Just gonna use the refeed this Saturday to help keep my sanity \:D/ :pfft:

Hmph. I'm not at all impressed with the peanut butter situation at my local Foodtown. First they dropped the Sanitarium stuff while they did a "stocktake" that lasted a month. Then, just when we'd acclimatised ourselves to ETA instead, they did away with that too. Now we're down to Kraft, and only in piddly little jars. :evil:

7.50 for a jar of almond nut butter! :o thats cheap!! its $9.49 at g.i pak n save (which iz wher i got it nd thought twas cheap!) and $11.45 at foodztownnnn :shifty: ...then last year got it for $13.90 nite b4 a comp from health 2000 wata rip! u got the deelios on the pricezz!

which one do u liek better? the smooth or the crunchy?
