I'm worried 'cos I had a fat test done and the results were worse than when I got it done 2 weeks ago! Just felt like I was spinning my wheels :evil:

Was talking to BF about it (he said to do what my heart tells me to lol2.gif...I should've said it wants me to be single :lol: ) But I'm gonna continue prep as if I'm doing CNIs.. then will see how things are looking when I get closer :grin:

A wise person (with a Mr Grumpy avatar!) told me about all the mindfarks that go on in this game - and this is just one of those... the bf test could have been down to any number of things including stress.....

Carry on training hard, and like BG and Flamer said, I feel sure you'll be surprised... besides, if you ease off now, you'd just be making it harder even if you did switch to the Nabba North Harbour show. Go hard, P&W, and you'll be great!

The Rocky Road's OK.. doesn't taste that chocolatey at all, for some reason it tastes more orangey 0c2c6e3e.gif

Next time I'm just gonna get chocolate or vanilla 'cos I always seem to get disappointed when I try new flavours.

Posing song's a slow R&B Island song ! I needz the extra time to hit my poses lol. Have you sussed out your routine yet?

Oohh, well, I don't really like plain chocolate so maybe I'll like it. I had a bad experience with Chocolate PP when I first started using it.... I ended up throwing half the stuff away in the end

Most of it I'd say. I usually make up my routine in my head while I'm doing cardio then go practice it later! I prefer slower songs too... don't wanna be all unco up there :lol: Plus I like to think I'm graceful :pfft: \:D/

Thanks :oops: I'm really enjoying it too!! We are probably moving back home in the near future... not too sure when. Might be next year, might be the year after... not sure. So if I still want to compete then, probably!

Oh yeah, I'm back in Rewa for a week from around 13th-20th Oct so we have to meet up finally for a workout!

OMG Biggurl.. I'm pretty damn sure you could do about 10 with the kind of weights you're pushing/pulling for your shoulders and back! Just suck it up and give it a go next time.. I'm sure you'll surprise yourself! :grin:

Ooh damn, so many to choose from! And its good 'cos it gives suggestions on the best type of cut for the different types of bewb and booty... lol.

Forgot straps again :doh: But equalled my PB of 140kgs today! Happy happy joy joy lol. Bummed that I didn't get video of it (I lifted it when there was noone in the gym in case I couldn't get it up :pfft: ) But will prolly try for more reps of it next week if all goes well.

Tried the NO Shotgun V2 sample just before training today, and it made me feel a bit sick - stomach ache/headaches... Goodtimes lol.

On a side note, abs 5 & 6 are starting to peek through the fatness. Yay! Legs are starting to shape up too, with my ass moving from my calves up to where its supposed to be LOL.
