M1: 1/4c oats, 1/4c blueberries, 3 EWs, 1 scoop PP, 1 Tblsp flaxseed

M2: 90g tuna lite, apple, 1 tsp PB

M3: 200g chicken, nashi pear, 1 tsp PB

M4: orange, 10 almonds

M5: 200g chicken, 2c veges, 1 Tblsp olive oil

Not that I'd presume to question your nutritionist, but...

That looks like very little complex carbs, and lots of fruit (and I've just recently learnt fructose is more likely to be stored as fat than other sugars). Yet it seems to be working for you. Do you know what the theory behind that is?

I believe its something to do with keeping liver glycogen topped up as well as supplying glucose to the brain while making muscles burn fat for energy. Well thats what I heard anyway

Grocery shopping is soooooo much easier when you have your meals already set out for the whole week. Pretty funny too.. I was standing at the fruit/vege aisle picking out the biggest apples, pears and oranges I could find for my meals :shifty:

I've been steadily progressing (a little quicker than I thought too :jive:) so am convinced that something's going right :)

Once I stall, then we'll look at changing things up.. but I's in good hands ;)

Energy was pretty low today, and hunger was extremely HIGH. Was famished throughout the whole day, but I think this is due to my uhh.. wimmenz troubles unsure.gif, so if I can focus through the next few days, I'll be OK.

Found training REALLY hard today.. just felt weak. But worked out with Small at her gym (I think we did a little more talking than training lol2.gif) so that was fun  She's pretty damn strong for her size!

Lots of energy today! I think the worst is over

Talked my frustrations through with my boss (who happens to be a Psychiatrist unsure.gif ) and it turns out my workload was making me crazy lol. Apparently I think I'm Superwoman (I am 9542a3ae.gif) and tend to take on too much.. and it had sorta caught up to me in the past couple of days when I was feeling burnt out

But we're gonna look into hiring new people, so the work situation is looking good :D

Sister's birthday on Saturday, and Nutritionist has let me have a cheat meal 7ddf61e0.gif
