know what you mean.....i just did legs struggled to hold the bar cos upper body so sore and then could hardly do deads cos hammies still stuffed from 4 days ago.

I noes! I am quite proud of my effort. Ta :grin: I want to get 100kg by the end of this year, that would be impressive. I certainly don't need to get bigger tho... I'm busting outta my size 14 tops :shock: And it ain't fat rolls either. I think I'm gonna be sticking to singles.. LOL

Are you still thinking of doing a BBing comp?

Impressive is an understatement. You're not far off from it, so I'm thinking you'll reach your goal sooner rather than later ;)

I like the performance, training and dieting side of it but the concept seems so gay sometimes :lol: I'm thinking I might try and get into sports too - I had so much fun doing that. Should definitely consider getting back into sport - its nice to have a different focus at the gym rather than "gotta do this cos my ______ are lacking" kinda mindset. It was driving me crazy. Plus I missed the team camaraderie..

But frick. Seeing as I'm in here.. better post some training :oops:

That whole "Is BBing a sport" debate's one that surfaced at work recently..the training is every bit as hard, if not harder - but there's def something about it. Yet, I reckon if all I wanted to do was get round Taupo faster than last time, I could ease back on the training a heap...

Do you want my spare tyre too :lol: I will think about it. I still want to do a big show, but I dunno. Maybe something at the end of the year? We'll see. For now I am happy just working out occasionally and the thought of playing a sport really appeals.
