Yeah Poos is a machine. No doubt the lifts are way better with icecream being a "meal". 125lb pulldown :shock: cinamon on PB nar not my idea of fun I would put more salt on yeah haha I could drink some mussel juice right now ooh vinegar salty goodness (that is off the seashell variety in case you think I've really lost my noodle - ok I have). AND BOOZE poos for morning tea WTF? haha that is hilarious

Thanks guys :D I've seen some of the lifts that LIGHTER ladies than me have done in comps! :o I've got lots of work to do lol.

LOL, that uhh.. "meal" was at about 2pm though!!

Have you tasted those Coruba energy drinks? They don't taste like alcohol at all lol. And I've recently discovered Coruba with ginger ale.. yum.gif

I'm getting near my fatness limit (its a specific butt measurement lol) I decided beforehand that I'd start cutting once I get close to it :pfft: Will start a short aggressive cut soon for about 2-3 weeks to get back down for a bit then will go back to maintenance.

On the upside, my shoulders, lats and pecs are much bigger. Top 4 abs are still visible, but then again I've always been relatively lean up top and negatively lean down bottom LOL. Very happy with progress at the mo anyway :D

Apparently my hand positioning made all the difference, once I bought them in closer, I was able to sit back more in the deads -- whereas before I was doing more of a "snatch" grip, which makes the lift harder :think:

Having that lotto winner fm yr gym prob means there'll be one less person hogging the squat rack when you need it!

Ha! Too true. I just wish I was more of a friend to him... lol. No one's seen him round lately, and he's usually in there Every. Single. Day. Without fail. Soooo jealous.

I reckon by end of 08 we can see you nabbing a 170 deadlift, 140 squat and a 100 bench. ...

Woooo! Damn, those are some freaky totals! Can't even wrap my mind around a 100 bench :twisted:

I dig the idea of competing in a novice PL comp... I've seen the calendar too (Powerhouse in Dec), so will just front up on the day if I'm feeling bad ass \:D/ Otherwise, I'm pretty happy just to keep pushing my limits :twisted:
