Was fun today, gorgeous Di (Sportsgirl) is over from Oz so had a wee training sesh with her and her hubby who critiqued my form on the deads and OHP. Small things, like changing my hand positioning on the bar made a huge difference :nod:

Deads were good. After asking some questions about my form, was told that they were OK, (and in so many words) - to just STFU and lift lol2.gif

CARDIO - None

DIET - uhhh.. not too good actually.

M1: HPLC bar

M2: Can of Coruba energy drink; 5% alc (PWO :pfft: )

M3: Some chicken nuggets & polonies

M4: Icecream

M5: Steak & veges, camembert cheese

Yes, icecream is a meal.
