Nice work on leg presses.

What sort of leg press machine is it ?

I have an incline one here that I finally like.. in the past leg press machines always gave me back aches.

How do you do single leg good mornings, does the other leg extend out backwards for support ?

Id be worried about imbalances when going heavy ...

I know what you mean with the back aches though, I used to get those back in the day on the leg press and hack squat which is what stopped me from using them :? Not sure why I'm not getting the pain this time round though :think:

I sometimes favour my right side when squatting heavy, so I'm trying to correct it :( Read this thread though.. and thought I'd give them a try. Its a pretty telling exercise too 'cos I'm fine with one leg, but the other leg's all retarded when I try it lol. It'll be a long time before I start adding weight to the bar methinks :pfft: Abs get crazy sore afterwards too.

Hehe, yeah I watched some youtube vids of a guy doing them with 45lb'ders on each side before I went to the gym thinking "hrm, looks easy..."

FAIL. Its fricking hard.

Aim? Umm.. Just trying to add weight onto the bar with each session really, also trying to correct imbalances in technique and bring up some lagging bodyparts :D

In short, I'm not dieting :grin:
