Whens the next contest Pooey ?

You should know better than to come on here and show us fatties pics of things like cake.

Dammit.. I can't stop craving cake now. I think I will have a slice and get extra cardio done later... worried that if I dont cheat a little, I will snap at some point and go on a binge (bi-polar style).

mmm im just had cake (wel aktualy i jus havn a kitkat, but had cake @ 8PM)

it was the layde i babysit for bday, she left me the hugest bit of chocky, creamy, scrummy black forest cake-aktualy it was more like 2 pieces but i just ddint cut it and ate i all hehehe... 8)

o, and im not doing cardio bcoz of it :wink:

Gotta get my shit together... but will be next year sometime :D

I find a good way to cheat is to instead of having your dextrose or whatever after an intense workout I just gobble a small bag of lollies/marshmellows.

highfive.gif I sometimes do that for PWO too! But with a protein shake poured over kiddy/sugary cereal :)

Training was the sheezy. Had the whole gym to myself which meant I could push the limits and dump the weights on the floor if I failed mid rep or whatever without pissing other people off. Yay!

I got asked if I was on the juice today. Seriously, the best compliment I've EVER gotten about my muskels EVAH. I don't think he meant it as a compliment ( :roll: ) but it made my day anyway lol2.gif

What is your bw now and guesstimate at bf% ?

your getting really strong..... time for a novice pl meet ?

am i mistaken or are you in west aucks ?

the meets are usually held at club physical new lynn.. heaps of novice pl'ers around from the western suburbs...

make friends with them and you'll even get the pleasure of lifting with them in their garage gym... good fun :grin:

Just be warned their idea of pwo nutrition is usually a couple of pints of a cold brew and a pie !

Aww thanks V! Haven't weighed in a while, but I think I'm sitting around the ~70kg mark, BF's probably around 20% ? I have no idea.

I'm from South Aucks, but a PL'er at the gym was telling me a while ago about those Novice PL meets! Have you done it before? Do you know if you can just front up on the day? And do you have to have gear (squat suit, bench shirt etc) to compete in it? I has no clue :oops:
