Have decided this year I'm finally gonna get off my ass and do a BB competition. I've competed before back in 2005 and wasn't happy with what I presented onstage, so I've got a score to settle and can't rest until I do it right.

So this in effect, will be my precomp journal.. specifically for keeping tabs on training, moods, energy levels, body composition, nutrition (hello nutritionist! 6ef12e2f.gif) and my rants and ramblings lol.

Goal: CNI's - October 11th.

So I have 13 weeks and 6 days to get the ripttedness.

Sunday 6/7

TRAINING - Off

CARDIO - Off

DIET - On

M1: 1/4c oats, 1/4c blueberries, 3 E/Ws, 1 scoop PP, 1 Tblsp ground flaxseed yum.gif

M2: 90g tuna lite, 1 tsp PB, apple

M3: 200g chicken, 1 tsp PB, nashi pear

M4: orange, 10 almonds

M5: 200g chicken, 2c vege, 1 Tblsp olive oil

M6: apple, 10 almonds

Worked a 12 hour shift today so was too stuffed to do any sort of cardio when I got home. I love having all this fruit throughout the day!

CARDIO - 60mins swimming.

Forced myself NOT to buy a pass for the spa today.. which meant more laps hahano.gif. I don't actually like swimming.. but its been my choice of cardio lately cos the pools are heated lol. I'm ALWAYS cold, its crazy.

DIET - On

M1: 1/4c oats, 1/4c blueberries, 3 EWs, 1 scoop PP, 1 Tblsp flaxseed

M2: 90g lite tuna, 1 tsp PB, apple

M3: 1 scoop PP, banana (PWO)

M4: 200g chicken, 1 tsp PB, nashi pear

M5: orange, 10 almonds

M6: 200g chicken, 2c vege, 1 Tblsp olive oil

M7: apple, 10 almonds

Didn't have much energy for the workout today, but then was all energizer bunnehh at the pools with the laps! Usually its the other way round lol2.gif

And in other news.. Petrol is $2.19 per litre. WTF.

Its seriously hitting the pocket (uhh.. its ripping it lolz) - driving from South Aucks to the CBD everyday. I promised myself after catching the bus/train into town and back everyday for uni back in the day, that once I was finished, I'd never catch a bus or train ever again from South to town!!

But damn, might have to start doin it again.. :boohoo:

I quite like the train. If you take car parking out of the equation, there's not actually that much difference in price between car and train (at least, for me) but I like that the train lets me relax and do people-watching. My only complaint is that the trains are on time more often than I am. :P

I'm hearing ya about always being cold! Which pools ya swimming at? I used to swim heaps - but can't bear the getting from warm pool to cold changing rooms bit.

Diet looks yummy =P~ I'm enjoyin a week or two of fruit myself before starting the process of cuttin down again.

highfive.gif Yeah I'm a people watcher too! And some of the conversations you overhear on the train/bus are hilarious lol.

As well as leaving my big fat carbon footprint everywhere I go (lolz), I like taking the car 'cos that means I have more free time to myself before going to work. Versus the train, where I'd have to get ready earlier to go wait at the station :shifty: Plus, I like weaving in and out of traffic and being all roadrage-like on the motorwayzz lol.

I totally understand about the whole swimming thing too, cold changing rooms then the cold blast as you walk out the doors when you leave Brrrrrrrrr!

Training and cardio was awesome today. I'm sure my moods correlate with the weather!! Its supposed to be a nice day tomorrow too.. \:D/

Felt strong on the bench and could've gone heavier, but thought I'd save it for next week :) The hill run was pretty good (could only do 1 lap 2 weeks ago :oops:) You can't really see it on the pic, but the track winds around and goes further up past those trees and bush area around the back.

Was a bit grumpy later in the evening too.. and clumsy. Though I'm not sure if thats from the dieting or if its just me headscratch.gif

Ta! Nah, no spotter. Just been working lately on improving my arch and form.. and its paying off :nod:

Plus I got some extra motivation from seeing a vid recently of Jo Stewart benching heavy and she weighs way less than I do!

You know, you probably do more in one session then Ive seen most do in a entire week.
