Do you know how much longer you keep the fruit in your diet? Do you have scheduled cheat meals?

Umm.. Haven't been told how long I keep the fruit in. I think its until I stall? Not too sure... I just eat what I'm told to eat :pfft: And at this stage, there's no scheduled cheat meals... but I live in hope lol.

I need to get back into doing cardio on the treadmills/crosstrainer..grrr.

DIET - On

M1: 1/2c oats, 1/4c blueberries, 3 EWs, Tblsp flaxseed, 1 scoop PP

M3: 175g chicken, pear, tsp PB

M4: Apple, 10 almonds

Good day today! Lots of energy and no hunger between meals. Have been drinking lotssss of tea lately :o Have also been peeing lotssss lately lolz.

Was really bitchy/grumpy today (so says my sister unsure.gif ) Everything and everyone was pissing me off. The rain pissed me off, my ipod pissed me off with its low battery. Shit, even the girl at the supermarket checkout taking her time scanning stuff pissed me off pirate.gif

Energy was pretty low today too, really lazy. Think its time to go sleep and look forward to my oats in the morning lol.

Went to the Club Physical Champs today.. man it was awesome! The venue and lighting was good. It has definitely motivated me with my comp prep too :twisted:

The friend I went to support came 1st in his class, and 1 of the competitors (real happy dude lol) cracked me up so much I had tears.. he was awesome :lol:

Had a few more almonds than I was supposed to 'cos I forgot to pack my dinner when I went.. so was STARVING at the venue. Quite proud I didn't resort to the pizza & chips that BF had afterwards though.. went home and made my fish & veges like a good girl LOL.

Power walking up the hills in my neighbourhood with BF in the rain (thats dedication I tell ya :pfft: ) he's been a rock as far as support goes!

Today was a bit of an uphill struggle. Mum made her famous trifle today then got upset when I told her I couldn't have any (so I ended up pretending to eat it ninja.gif ) then BF and my bro wanted to go McD's after church - so I ended up having to eat my dinner (fish & greens.. lucky I made it early!) in the restaurant while they had Boss burger combos dry.gif

Day's been good so far! Trained with this cool chick from my gym which explains why the exercises have been a little different today.. nice change from the usual :nod:

I'm starting to feel iffy about the CNIs.. wondering if I should wait until the NABBA North Harbour Champs (Nov 1st). I'm not happy about how I'm looking at this stage of the prep, and definitely will not get up onstage if I don't think I'm ready. I'm verrryyyy competitive, so wanna win if I do compete!

Will have a talk with nutritionist (no reflection on him of course!) and BF and see what they think :think:

You still have plenty of time Poos. From your pics I would say you are on target, a lot can happen / body changes in 9 weeks. Take a look at those pics you put up of that chick again. I belive you will be sweet as. Its normal to feel like this, I do everyday, you mind plays evil tricks. Just as long as you are noticing small changes that is the main thing. Wait till about 1-2 weeks out and you will look fantastic, and usually the little stubborn bits of fat that want to hang on for dear life go in last month too.

Thanks biggurl, yeah that sounds like me.. I always worry about the minutae no.gif But I'm worried 'cos I had a fat test done and the results were worse than when I got it done 2 weeks ago! Just felt like I was spinning my wheels :evil:

Was talking to BF about it (he said to do what my heart tells me to lol2.gif...I should've said it wants me to be single :lol: ) But I'm gonna continue prep as if I'm doing CNIs.. then will see how things are looking when I get closer :grin:
