Well your form and hard work is paying off \:D/ Yeah Jo is a usally 10kgs lighter than us 2 on/off season so huge lifts. You doing yours without a spotter is awesome, I'm a bit scared to drop it on my head. As you may recall I have done that twice recently with incline bench :shock: so best I have someone there just in case to keep an eye on me haha I'm Sofa King We Todd It :grin:

TRAINING - Off

CARDIO - On

* AM: Track intervals; 400m:200m x10

* PM: 30mins swimming laps + 10sec sprint to the changing rooms after :pfft:

DIET - On

M1: 1/4c oats, 1/4c blueberries, 3 EWs, 1 scoop PP, 1 Tblsp flaxseed

M2: 90g tuna lite, apple, 1 tsp PB

M3: 200g chicken, nashi pear, 1 tsp PB

M4: orange, 10 almonds

M5: 200g chicken, 2c vege, 1 Tblsp olive oil

M6: apple, 10 almonds

Energy was good in the beginning, though it started tapering off around M4. Was starrrrvvvinggg after M2 today, so went and did 2 loads of washing to stop me from any mindless eating finger.gif (have worked out in the past that I sometimes eat when I'm tired or bored.)

Oh and I've got some gorgeeoouuuss peanut butter from my peanut butter angel love.gif

Its completely natural (ingredients list: nuts & salt) and its all syrupy and happy-like.. and I get 2 teaspoons of it a day lol. Gawd I love it...

Where abouts did you pick up the peanut butter from?

Ohh, that brand was from overseas SM.

But if its just natural PB you're after.. I emailed some wholesalers a while back looking for some, and apparently you can get the Kaiora Organic PB from these places in AKL:

- Huckleberry farms Green Lane

- Harvest wholefoods Grey lynn

- I E Produce Takapuna

- New Worlds

- Naturally organic Albany

Otherwise, there's the Ceres brand that's usually in the Organic section in Woollies, Foodtown and most health stores :nod:

I thought it was I used to run there too, some good tracks still go there sometimes always a hard run to do and I end up walking up some of the stairs !

Was a good day :nod: Felt strong during the workout, though I think it was a bad idea to go swimming straight afterwards.. got real bad cramps in my legs midway through a few laps :?

Hunger wasn't an issue today.. kept busy, so that helped.

Mean leg workout poos! 95kg squats and 50kg reverse lunges :shock: I find it hard enough doing lunges with no weights haha I got cramp in my hammie doing chest tonight, trying to go heavy arch my back, power through legs did it what!

TRAINING - Off

CARDIO - Off

Had the cops around after work interviewing everyone on my street wrt the Home Invasion murder that happened recently (that poor woman lived 2 streets away from us!) So that took up most of the free time today that was supposed to be for training and cardio. Arghhh.

DIET - On

M1: 1/4c oats, 1/4c blueberries, 3 EWs, 1 scoop PP, 1 Tblsp flaxseed

M2: 90g tuna lite, apple, 1 tsp PB

M3: 185g chicken, nashi pear, 1 tsp PB (ran outta chicken :evil:)

M4: orange, 9 almonds

M5: 200g chicken, 2c veges, 1 Tblsp olive oil

M6: apple, 10 almonds

I think I may be PMS'ing. With Meal 4, I have this thing where I take my almonds and line them up smallest to biggest on my desk at work, then I eat them one by one. Anyway, I started to eat them today, then a coworker walks by and snaps one up (the biggest one!! :evil:) and eats it.

I swear, I was like sadcry.gif... then I got real pissy, and it carried on throughout the whole day.

The thing is, I only take 10 almonds with me to work 'cos I'd eat all of them if I took more.. and I didn't wanna go to the supermarket just to buy one almond ya know?!

I'm sure I'm starting to sound like a psycho with my OCD habits and weird phantom tingles and itches help.gif

haha no that is normal and if I took 20 I would eat them. You shouldn't be feeling starving hun, the days you do possibly have a little more fat, 1 tspn of flaxseed or PB and that will get you through it. Other days you will be fine, all depends on what you are training and how you are feeling. However, if it is indeed PMT then your stuffed as you do get hungry eh, well urge to eat. Hang in there, you're not nuts! haha no pun intended hehe

Saturday's also the day we (I haz 3 siblings) raid mums kitchen, and she always cooks one of our favourite dishes.. today was MY turn, with Salmon (gloriousss salmon) and lots of cheesy bread sadcry.gif Torture, I tell ya.

But other than that, I'm alive.. and thats all that matters aye lol.

TRAINING - Off

CARDIO - Off

Damn. Worked another 12hr shift so was totally shattered when I got home. I really need to sort something out with the work situation.

DIET - On, but missed my last meal 'cos I fell asleep early.

M1: 1/4c oats, 1/4c blueberries, 3 EWs, 1 scoop PP, 1 Tblsp flaxseed

M2: 90g tuna lite, apple, 1 tsp PB

M3: 200g chicken, nashi pear, 1 tsp PB

M4: orange, 10 almonds

M5: 200g chicken, 2c veges, 1 Tblsp olive oil

Apart from feelin pooped later on in the night... I was pretty good energy-wise through out the day. No hunger at all :nod:

Only day 9 on this diet, but I've already started to notice some positive changes :) Lost a couple of cms on my butt already! (hallelujah!) and thighs, but I look (and feel?) flat and smooth :think:

Haven't weighed myself yet.. I chucked our home scales out in a fit of rage at the last organic rubbish collection 'cos it kept telling me lies :pfft:

Everyone: "Have you seen the scales??"
