hey thanks yeah I was completely and absolutely shocked to see the before photo again. I can't believe that i used to go to the gym regularly when the before was taken. :pfft: i have now posted this picture on my fridge so i know where i came from and where I am going.

diet is around 2k when cutting and around 4k when I'm allowed to eat.
