Thanks guys

I didnt actually think I was all that weak for my age and beginner experience.

I might go through this journal, find my best lifts and start working to some type of programme, incorporate that into that 5x5 programme Mike gave me.

I want to start going real heavy when I get set up properly in Oz.

I can probably go a bit heavier then I am now, but like you say biggurl I would only compromise the form.

Im just waiting on my passport, should be in coming Friday, then I book my flight.

Im weighing in now at 107kg at 7% Fat tested yesterday. Which goes to show that my current w/o and diet has really pointed more towards Bodybuilding with the low carb, high protein and high reps on mid range to heavy weights im doing.

So I really need to seriously overhaul my Diet and programme.

So my journal is up for interpretation and CONSTRUCTIVE criticism.

why ? i wasnt attacking you i was just wondering why you edited heaps of your posts, you shouldnt be ashamed to say what you want too.

and yea i know theres great journals here if i thought otherwise i certainly wouldnt have one!!

yeah, only got that low cos i lay of the junk food for a while, i'll be suprised if im like that in 2-3 weeks.

I have a sony handi cam, which apprently takes pictures but im havin hard time working it out. my new cell, ph is crap.

but i want to post some up real soon, my profile pics almost 2 years old

oyea, at 7% he would be in contest condition just about, ripped to shreads right mikey ?

Amost. but not that happy with it, need to gain more strength. so gonna eat tonnes and try lift heavier, start uping my reps on my previous 1 rep maxes and raising the bar.

just going back over my history and find reps going up but weights coming down. ooops.

Monday hit chest, today will hit some lite legs (cos knee playing up)

and back / shoulders.

Moving out last of my gear today , flying out next tuesday.
