Why'd you make a new account, j/w?

Because, there were things going on in my life then, I have worked through and now I would rather leave behind. The old account was at the end of an era dealing with addiction, associated with severe depression and loss.

Now after a lot of hard work, I have a renewed spirit. And a great new future a head of me and my Son.

So in that though I am well aware one cannot run from the past, I have opted to leave the past where it is and move forward.

I struggle everyday to move from my bed and the darkness that surrounds me, that would have me revert to my former self. But I move before I can think. Some may not understand, but the weight of doing something like that, make the weights I push in the gym feel like nothing.

I opened a new account as part of a series of new beginnings, and I just hope everyone can forgive me if they feel I have tried to pull the wool over there eyes.

Even though my main focus is my Son. I enjoy lifting weights, though they are only small, I feel that its been through that progression I have made some achievement in this life, and the spoils of feeling good looking good, feeling confident.

I am more serious about my training now then I was then and have kept the 5x5 programme you had gave me, to start when I move over to Aussie in about 4 weeks.

For now Im just trying different bits and pecies as a 3 year beginner, to feel out whats right for me and better understand my own mechanics.

Most of you are helpful in this process and I value all your input, plus its nice to have the fellowship of others who enjoy the sport.

Anyway that should clear up for anyone who wants to know why I change.

Why I changed.

what is ur old account?

Im sorry everyone, according to a PM from sm this is just my way of trying to get people to feel sorry for me

PM from Samoan_muscle

"Most of your posts are scary. You always seem to be trying to get people to sympathize with your situation and how youve got no protein no food blah blah. Either that your going on about how big and scary you are, and how your a person to be feared, in or out of the gym.

And when did I "attack" you??

Your cracked mate - I have no interest in pursuing further conversation with you so you won't hear from me again via PM.

Enjoy the rest of your "life".

Okay fair enough, I didnt see it that way. But I was to understand this was my Journal and not Samoan_muscle's Journal.

As a journal I put in daily reports of how my trainings going, the improvements as well as the set backs.

I have never tried to act like a big man, in fact I quite often point out how small I am.

If your referring to my post on that thread about how others perceive Bodybuilders. That was something you had simply taken out of context and had fun with, leaving me to defend myself against.

If people like yourself think im the way you have described above then you dont need to read or reply to my jurnal entries, I never told you too.

So I really dont see your problem.

And quite frankly I think your a bully and a dickhead.

Yep ditto. You can say what you want and don't give a rats ass about the tossers, I'll get those BAD boys in the playground!

Well done on the deads man, its not all about the weights, form and keeping an eye on this as not to injure yourself is key so you doing the best thing. I as said to poos I was trying to get up to her mamoth 140kg deads and strained my back last week with 100kgs hehe realised after my I arched my back a bit :-s

If you find 1 excerise is still straining your back a bit swap it for something else that doesn't just in the interim or go light, no big deal.

Thanks guys

I didnt actually think I was all that weak for my age and beginner experience.

I might go through this journal, find my best lifts and start working to some type of programme, incorporate that into that 5x5 programme Mike gave me.

I want to start going real heavy when I get set up properly in Oz.

I can probably go a bit heavier then I am now, but like you say biggurl I would only compromise the form.

Im just waiting on my passport, should be in coming Friday, then I book my flight.

Im weighing in now at 107kg at 7% Fat tested yesterday. Which goes to show that my current w/o and diet has really pointed more towards Bodybuilding with the low carb, high protein and high reps on mid range to heavy weights im doing.

So I really need to seriously overhaul my Diet and programme.

So my journal is up for interpretation and CONSTRUCTIVE criticism.

Thanks again.
