Squat(always full ROM)

Good to hear! And the weights are looking nice! Good stuff.

I did legs aswell today and they are rooted :oops: .

Yeah I only count full ROM now cos I had put off my leg w/o's for so long, that I find now I have to play a lot of catch up.

I feel the only way I can do that is only counting full ROM squats.

I still hack squat but its too late in my development to be procrastinating, if I wonna get serious about my growth.

I can go way heavier with the weight on a hack, but I dont count it until its full ROM. Keeps me motivated with my legs.

Haven't been to the gym since last Saturday.

Dont have any protein, so Im not even gonna try build any muscle until I do.

Just living on the normal 2-3 meals a day.

Things a bit tight as we move in to the last stages of packing up.

Gonna head down the gym tomorrow for some maintenance, then back in to packing. Will see if I can afford some eggs.

Got to get passport photo's, and try find a home for a lot of crap.

Am feeling a bit weak but doesn't look like Ive lost much size since I have been off the protein, just lost my pump is all.

Tomorrow back and shoulders

dont know whats going on with my mid and lower chest, but looks like I may have to spend a bit more time on my rear and front delts and gradual BB bench, starting almost from scratch again. I can feel myself failing in both my shoulders, I can only guess thats were the problem is.

Any suggestions ????

Today

Not feeling too good today my left arm giving me shit,

But in the intrest of fixing my benchpress problems

yesturday I hammered my delts especially my rear delts,

today I popped in to do some lower mid chest work.

Tomorrow or Sunday I will hit those Deads and do a bit of squating.

Decline db flyes

10 x 15kg db's x 3 set (arm began to act up, so stopped there)

Decline bench

10 x 60kg x 4 sets

10 x 70kg x 2 sets

12 x 75kg x 3 sets

Stopped there before my arm got any worse, so no tris this week.

Storm was pretty bad out here, lots of trees down, we had no power past 2 days.

Left arms still painfull, especially with all this moving where doing at the moment.

Still very low on protein, but not gonna let it get me down.
