I work most the time for a Secruity Company here in south Auckland, looking after the Guard division as a type of suprvisor.

I do everything from night patrols to company escorts and private escorts.

I do some boucing for Clubs and Pubs out in Pukekohoe and Waiuku, but only wen called in.

I do Static jobs at places like Pac n Save where shoplifting may be petty but costing companys millions in losses.

Just having the preasence of the right type of Gaurd eliminates most theft.

Im not gona go all big head, but It does stand to reason that having a big fat git of a Gaurd or scrawny twig in a uniform, does nothing to stop theft.

A good Gaurd needs to at least look the bizo to deter possible actions towards shop theft.

How many times have you gone into a place a seen a big fat guy, who breaks out in a sweat just standing and thought to yourself the only way he's gona catch anyone is if he trips and starts rolling.

Doesnt deter anyone.

Sick Workout

Feel like crap today have some sort of head & Chest cold.

Wasnt planning on going to the gym.

But stopped in to check the board on my way past.

Took one look at that leg press in the corner and it was all over.

Leg press 220kg x 5 sets of 7

Gym owner has also splashed out and brought us a seated bicep curl machine, So did a whole lot on that. Best pump Ive had in ages in my biceps and it didnt even effect my probems with tennis elbow's. Didnt even ned to strap up my arms.

Will post up some figures with that as soon as I have a proper go at it.

Attached to that is an Ab machine which is cool, cos I dont really do em. LOL.

And he has also got us a Rear delt or upper back seat flye machine (sorry dnt know name for that one) but it will come in damn handy.

Still feel like crap tho :? :? :?

Its just me I'll be trying to make my DB hooks today.

I keep the Garage door closed.

But if I not out in 8 hours, can some call an ambulance.

Tried my new DB hooks, lets just say the prototypes are ok, but definatly need slight adjustments

Today

Chest/ Triceps

Bench press

60kg x 2 warm up sets

80kg x 10 x 2 sets

90kg x 7 x 1 set

100kg x 3 x 1 set

Incline DB

30kg DB's x 10 x 2 sets

35kg DB's x 10 x 2 sets

35kg DB's x 5 x 1 set

Incline bench

70kg x 10 x 3 sets

75kg x 7 x 1 set

Incline DB

30kg DB's x 10 x 2 sets (finish)

Triceps/ lite

Rope p/dwns 105kg x 10 x 3 sets

V bar p/dwns 60kg x 8 x 3 sets

DB behind neck 13kg DB's x 10 x 1 set

Chest was disapointing, may look at breaking up incline and flat bench into two different sessions.

used to bro as secondary job but unless yr getting good cash under the table its really not worth it if yr bouncing, its got nothing good going for it aaprt from the extra coin... dnt need the extra money now though

Actually most are so predictable, makes me wonna cry.

However I started taking on eviction jobs for a local liquidation company, now thats fun.

Starting to take on more and more of my own jobs these days.

Have now even my own bussiness card.

Cos like you say theres bugger all money in it otherwise. Security companys pay shit.

Must have Screwed my left shoulder real good the other day when I was trying out my DB hooks, began to ache real bad at the start of my w/o, so thort it best to pack it in early. :x :cry: :x :cry:

Dead lift

60kg x 20 x 1 set

100kg x 5 x 2 sets

120kg x 2 x 1 set

(arm too sore to carry on)

Dont wonna go all soppy, but apart from hanging out wif my Son, lifting is realy the only thing I enjoy. So it really blows that this has happened, and I dont want to make the same mistakes Ive made wif my elbows and acutally rest and get this shoulder right properly. Because I have the feeling that this could actually put me out of the game.

Today Im gonna go down the physio's and then rest it for a couple days, is all I can really do.

But Im gonna hit my legs hard and try and get some good mass on my calves in the meantime.
