I hate the incline bench as I feel it presses on my lungs and I hate the feeling of the bench being pressed against my upper torso...so I do bent-over flys....and no..I dont do the swinging technique.
Yep, anyone can hoist the weight around....

Only the determined subject themselves to the lift,pause,lower in slow methodical fashion...

I thought I'd read somewhere that Arnold could do those for incredibly long holds at full reach...

Nar not doing my journal but still training of course. I am now deep in thought as to what a banana will sound like.

I have always considered myself to be the apple in my avator, not sure why?....

Nah..just the plain raspberry ones...havent tried the chocolate raspberry ones.....(R they really good though?) =P~

They are the best. You will get addicted. My sister has been in Canada for 10 months and so far we have had to send her 5 boxes of them (like 20 per box!) :lol:

Havent posted up the rest of my workouts since last time..will do later on today though.

Had a binge on food last night :naughty: .. followed by a prayer to the gunja goddess :shifty: ...

Feel free to comment on my back, been 6 weeks back at the gym since coming home to NZ and still trying to get my diet right..havent had my BF levels tested...just going by what I see in the mirror in the mornings...Will start posting up my nutrition.

Havent been on any supplements accept Iso protein powders and multi vits.

Did start taking Fat burners last week, but stopped after 2 days as they made me feel sick...

7.30am - 60grams of oats, plus 1x banana mixed in with 2 teaspoons of natural manuka honey.

Going to hammer out my quads today till I puke..

Well I started off training 6 weeks ago and weighing 96kg exactly after returning back from holiday and hitting the gym.

Today I am weighing 96.1kg, so I blame all the salmon, tuna, chicken and steak I have been eating every freaking day...at the moment I am estimating I am guzzling 1.4kg of meat a day =P~ .....my veges and carbs have been consisting of kumara, Spinach, Broccoli, green beans.

I have my protein shakes made up of water, and have one at home made up with trim milk.
