Nah....once her gloves get stuck in the layer of lard, she's trapped!

'was nice and quiet today, but why on earth do folks not put things back in the right rack? went looking for barbells, spent five minutes trying to find the right one. :evil:

lol..I think some people cant read....were the 30s in the 10 rack or something??

's easy...I'm down the little shiny chrome weights end of the rack, Specter's up the other end with the big-boys stuff!

Actually, the machines are kinda grouped - all the leg machines in one area, upper-body in another. Plus, they took some stuff out to put in a boxing ring (that I've never seen anyone use!) so it got easier.

What do you do with your egg yolks?

I give them to the neigbough :nod: ....but at my mums in Hastings at the moment..so she uses them for baking... 8)

Watch out for that home cooking - it's a competition killer :)

my mum eats healthy as well, so she cooks healthy meals and bakes healthy things :nod: ...but I told her what my diet is...so she is really supportive and doesnt push any of her baking on me... 8)

Angel Haven I think its called??..I went into Aspire on Sunday...but no one manning the friggin counter so I waited and waited....no luck..

Ah yeah haha, it gets like that. I go to Aspyre, not to bad in there. I think angels gym has a lot more weight equipment. Are you going to the strongman comp in Napier this weekend?

Dude...I dont think i will ever pull trucks..I can see why u like your food!! I would eat that much too just to lift the weights and do the things you do! Awesome bro....u might be able to train up in Taupo!?
