Avtually..u think I would be..but thats the only meal I look foward to at the end of the day =P~ ..I love white fish with a dash of lemon pepper seasoning... =P~

Trained this morning and felt a bit sluggish, but concentrated on form and dropped my weights a little....finished my workout and went out to jump in my vehicle..and what do I see???? :roll: Some mupet had parked their station wagon leaving only a 1ft of clearence space between their car and my drivers side door...I didnt hesitate to try and open my door and scratch the side of their car..also left them a note on their windscreen saying "Park Your Car Properly Dumbass!" :pfft: and here is a pic of me being grumpy and saluting them! :twisted:

Nice work, esp with the DB press and the DB tricep overheads - I tap-out at 38kg... not 45s :notworthy:

As for the parking problems... doncha just luv inconsiderate muppets like that. Was that in the gym carpark or out on the st?

gym carpark...the person wasnt even parked in between the lines properly...hopefully that person knows it was me that left the note from the yellow van parked next to theirs..lol

I made 12 of these last night :grin: ..u may notice there are only 6 mixed berry with added blueberry muffins in the pic(No :naughty: I did not eat any, I gave some to my neighbours and ex girlfriend and ex girlfriends flatmate and I plan on giving the rest to my mate out in petone today)

My next batch I plan to add almonds and walnuts in the centre. =P~

yeah bro...but it beats the 2 les mills in town..they have ZERO carparks...

lol yeah.. when i was training there i didnt even both to park there .. just parked accross the road :grin:

Yep..believe it or not...but that is the first time I have ever made muffins...and they didnt explode or turn into mush...geez BG..I could make some for you and get them around to your work if you want some :nod:

Thanks darl but I'm laying off the norty stuff at the moment as have to get in good shape for summer
