So what's on the agenda tonight?

will be down at gym around 6ish...been sorting stuff out today and getting my routine sorted as kicks off tomorow...stocked up on chicken and friggin tuna...got my supps I ordered so that was nice timing...seems all go...will also get some cario in before I hit the sack tonight...

ummmtraining Hams and calfs with traps tonight..will be a quick workout though...you training TFB?

Yep, I'm off shortly for some catch-up stuff... calves I missed yesterday, some shoulders... then it's off to the Boulcott St Bistro for some steak (and the occasional gourmet chip). =P~

lucky you...no more steak for me...goodbye red meat god! :evil:

Just finished 40min cardio on spin bike...having a green tea and then will chug back some of that dymatize slow release protein before bed. =P~
