Basically six weeks to diet and prepare for Wellington Nabba Competiton 10th October.

Saw my PT this morning and rearranged my diet and training schedule to meet the f*ck all time I have to prepare :shock:

Will be giving it my all, so forgive me now if my journal is not updated regularly due to my schedule but I do promise to keep posting.

At this stage this goal for this competion is to get up on stage and see where I am at. I dont give a crap about winning as I have a long term goal planned for the next few years of my life in regards to competing in bodybuilding and being a force to be reckoned within the bodybuilding scene.

Good to hear - if I can help, don't hesitate to ask. Hell, it might inspire me, give me something to aim at, try to keep up with what you lift, on the rare cases where I can :oops:

I could use the help TFB! If u see me slacking..hit me mate..if you see me doin low reps with stuff all weights on it..yell at me, if my form sux...clip me around the ear...if you catch me with cheat food...confiscate it off me and put me in the naughty corner of the gym!!! :pfft:
