Well..woke up sore all over this morning soooooo had one long hot shower to soften up the muscles.....made my way down to the gym and...

Morning Workout. 1x Exerscise for Chest and 40min Cardio(I had Done Chest workout last Saturday Morning and took the option to shock them a bit)

Spin Bike 5min.

10xpressups.

Flat Bench Dumbell Press.

Pressups

12x

10x

Cardio.

X Trainer 20min, Level 15

Treadmill 20min, Incline 9.5, Speed 4.6kph.

Finished.

Heading Back Tonight to Train Quads, so no lunch time cardio as saving energy for Quad workout tonight. 8)

Nah, I embrace raunch culture. A good body is a good body regardless of its gender. And lets face it, a lot of chicks look waaaaay better than a lot of guys :shock:

I think we should all get naked and post pix on NZBB :grin:

So, where were ya? There were even squat racks free :grin:

lol..just got back from there..got there and started training just after 7pm..I only went that late to miss the peak hour gym traffic 4.30pm-6.30pm...bloody typical the squat racks were free though!

Had a protein shake 30min out from training quads. 4 sccoops of Balance Ultra Ripped + 1 Serving of eggcel protein combined with teaspoon of peanut butter and half a banana to get me through Quad Training...worked thank fark!

Didnt mess about..got straight into it..

Wore my heart rate monitor during whole session...1080 calories/average heart rate was at 130bpm for 52 min, whole training session took me 70min.

Finished(Thank Fark!). no cardio.

70 minutes man my grandma can train faster than that haha :pfft:

sorry had to say that, got that the other day from the boxing instructor in my face saying "FASTER my grandma can box faster than you!!!!!"

lol..I always train 70-80min for quads...dunno why :huh: ..but it works \:D/

well ..thats when I do that many sets.

And..Im carb depleted...so fukin hard quads to train on low carbs...(hence mentioned in my post why I loaded the half banana in my protein shake to get me thru)

Wicked workout - especially those HS leg extensions :notworthy:

I got there early for the same reason to avoid the rush, but the three Smith Machines were barely used, and same for the squat racks and even the power rack. Glad I left when I did, tho... they'd just started that Groove Works class down on the floor - the music for that bites, bigtime!
