If you could get to 79kg I'm sure you would have shredded glutes.

theres no way hed get close to that being as lean as he is now and weighn 96kg. i was 94 and thought i was aiming for 79 too but i stil 89kg at bout 7% , so would risk loosing way to much muscle to get under 80

must be handy having the bike at home.....

Heaps of hills around where I live as well, as I live up on a hill..but yeah its nice to push the sofa out of the way and pull out the spinbike and chuck a dvd on or crank up the music on the surround system and admire the views, ...made a habit of walking to the supermarket to get small things, so 7min down the hill to supamarket then 12-15min back up... :nod:

Nup apparantly is hearts on the George Foreman. He told me it was Muay Thai. :shrug:

lol...Ok..Rugby, Rugby League, Muay Thai, Road Cycling, Running, Human Hearts, heavy sets with lots of reps on quad isolation exerscises....the most important..patience + the will not to FAIL. :twisted:
