Well, decided to post up a full body pic.... so peeps can look over...(and if I decide to compete, that will give me 44 days as from this Wednesday for the Wanganui show on the 10th October...we shall see :nod: as Im not in any hurry over it :wink: Currently weighing in at 96.3kg, 5ft 10in....looking to shed maybe 8-10kg.... :roll:

Will proberbly hunt around for some Fatburners and other supplements on the net to add and start using as well... :roll: More money $$$ to eat.

If you want to shed 8 to 10kg surely you will be losing muscle as doesn't look like much excess on you!

I agree...thats just a figure I came up with...But for comp I want to get below 90kg and maybe come in at 88kg....thats the thing about preparing for comps from my own view upon it...Strict Strict Strict Diet is the key.

Yeah..where do I start..mainly Off Season trainng bro is the catalyst to my quad development thru heavy training...Contrary to what people may think I keep my quad training during off season to 5-6 different Quad exerscises consisting of 5-6 sets/6-8reps per exerscise. believe me ..over the years its been trial and error and constantly looking in that mirror and studying your own photos to see what else you need to bring them out. For leaning up I take my reps up 10-12 and failure if I can and also throw in supersets. I will also shock the same muscle especially legs twice in a 1 week training period, but the second time around during that 1 week training period I will do one exerscise only on the hams and quads to shock them again. :D

right...just that I seen this dude rowing away quite happily with the cable rower one arm...plenty of room for cheatin it but he seemed happy enough with it :lol:

tried that once...felt to unstable...and like I was bringing more of my other muscles into play...end of the day..its what works best for you..trial and error I guess..
