I went to bed around 10.00pm last night..slept past my alarm and woke up at around 1pm in the afternoon feeling totally out of it..went upstairs and made me a protein shake half a banana in it and then took a long hot shower....

Will head down to the gym around 3.30pm and do cardio and abdominals, then heading out on the town to have a cheat meal(Malaysian) :evil: with a lady friend. :roll: (trying to guzzel down 2 litres of water right now) :wink:

Saturday Morning and trained just before midday....Chest workouk...hungry and cant be fucked typing in what i wrote in my notebook during training...I think the main things were that I wrote down was..."damn that chick is hot...never seen her before :shock: ..but anywayz I will edit this post later tonight...Oh and I have sought the help of a P.T who specialises in Bodybuilding and has competed and won comps on quite a lot of occasions to go over my routine and kick my bad habits :evil: ...so that will happen this week.. :nod:
