First thing I did was wake up and go weigh myself. Somehow in the last couple of days I have gone from 86.1kg to 88.6kg :shock: ...I will test the scales at again later....dammit..still the same weight 88.6kg...ok will compare it on the gym scales.(I have doubled my clean carb intake over the last 3 days)

7.58am and just had some breakfast consisting of..

68grams of oats with a banana, teaspoon of manuka honey and trim milk.

Will update this log later on in the day...

Just put out the friggin recycling and rubbish and am now heading down to the gym(feeling full of energy today...nothing like visualising how I am going to shread the muscle tissue on my shoulders and trap this morning :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: )...oh and then Im going to do some girlie stuff like..sunbed session! :oops:

(Bumped into a old workmate who just joined the gym last week, so ended up takng him around and showing him the machines and different exerscises to fit his goals for 30min and just trying to get him into a routine.) (not sure if the gym bother showing noobs how things work and whats what at the gym these days???) :-s

9.00pmProtein Bar

10.00pm 380grams of chicken breast + 3x Chicken Sausages.(Hungry!!!)

3.00pm - 300grams cooked trimmed steak, 157grams cooked wholemeal pasta.

4.45pm - 1x protein shake

8.00pm - 340 grams cooked skinless chicken breast.

10 - 10.30pm..planning on having egg white omlette or a steak...

(Fish in my meals tomorrow)

7 weeks back at the gym...planning on taking 5 days off starting tomorow.

Well, Im going to look over my training and add some new exerscises and change things around a bit just to shock the body even more.

Get some surfing in hopefully as exercise...getting a bit heavy for my boards though.. :roll:

Lots of free time at moment as only working part time and the odd day relief driving for couriers.

Only just noticed the back pic....looking good there Specter! :wink:
