I went from 96kg to 90kg and back up to 96.1 kg(been that same weight for last 4 days now) within a 6 week period...my main aim was to cut a little and get rid of some of the fat I collected while overseas for 9 weeks with no freaking exescise.. :evil:

Now...Im undecided what I want to do.. :roll:

Rest day tomorow...no weights. just cardio...though I might sneak ab work in...plus the sky man is coming around sometime to fix the stupid sky box!

Nice work-out - but you must have covered some ground moving between stations like that... is that counted as rest or cardio :grin:

good point...it was bloody tiring..but I was firing on all cylinders during workout...had plenty of carbs today..so had the extra energy..

gotta admit..i was fat and sitting heavy at 108kg last year :shifty:...I blame all the friggin fast food that seemed to be my staple diet then :evil:

No evening gym session tonight, instead I will sit on my spinbke in front of the TV whilst playing playstation. I am resting up to hit my Shoulders/Traps tomorow morning and then will be back tomorow evening for Abs and Cardio. :twisted:
