sorry being away for so long. I think for back width i have to agree, bent over barbell rows, db rows, and lat pulls will widen the back nicely.

As far as i know they have rated various sources of protein and the top was egg white, followed by beef, fish chicken, and milk.... stand to be corrected. one of the huge benefits of eating red meat is the natural creatine sources gained from it. i try and have a serving a few time a week, but mostly it's tuna, turkey, and powder
