I cant do chins for shit... how do u guys build them up ?

When i first started i couldn't do shit. You just need to keep at them. Once i could do like 8 i added weight. Adding weight helps heaps for me on chins/dips, gives you more to pull/push against.

Once you do that you wont look back.. :twisted:

Where are growth and degee ? do they still post here.. the good ol 2005 days :grin:

Haven't seen Growth for a long time, but Deegee's still here and actively moderating (although right now he seems to have taken a few weeks off)
