Have you been given green light to train heavy and hard again or will you take it easy ?

I sure miss seeing your squats jump up in weight by 10kgs between weeks LOL... the good old days,, I remember watching your squat rise from some 130kgs to 180 kgs in literally a few weeks!

Hows diet going ?... still high calorie (obviously clean) > ?

35kg DB 4-6 for chest work

3 plate squat and dead 4-6

Chins/dips bw

Granted, i am not throwing around the 100lb dbs like i used to on chest work, or DL'ing 4+ plates.

I have been away from the gym for around ~ 1.5yrs, and in terms of strength i have not lost as much as i thought that i would of. I find the most noticeable thing is my ability to stabalise weights etc.

In terms of diet i eat clean, and i am only taking in 4/5 meals a day right now, just starting to get back into the swing of things.

The basic plan is to ease back into things so that i dont get injured.
