u should post up say a chest, back or arms workout so we cn c wat kinda poundage yr pressing in those areas

thanks, i have posted many many chest back arm workouts etc, just look back through my journal.. i post every workout i do.

Hey bro, is your diet the same that you used to bulk up? I gather your in maintanance now. Hows the cardio impacting things.. are u leaning up or staying the same ?

im cutting, i havnt changed the diet that much at all. im slowly getting leaner
