todays workout was one where you know you want someone to run in and stab you in the face with a butchers knife, so you dont have to train legs

bi work was solid.. thought my bis were gonna burst through the skin..

chest work was ok, incl pr progress, flat.. i was pretty hammered and made no progress. dips were ok

Damn you must be frustrated that you cant add wieght to dips still. I have found dips to be really good. Bi work is looking strong. Nice.

lol yeah .. i could risk it but i might get injured.. so i wont. gym should be moving to new local very soon!! should be good..
