good going on the bb curl, I was looking trhrough some of the old posts trying to find how much the bar weighed, you did say it was not the 20kg one? I cant find the post though your journal is a little big to search!!

think the bar is ~9kg

bars range from 7.5-9 kgs pending

haha i got a very funny story of what happened on the way to the gym today

so i was driving to the gym, down a really narrow road that has a footpath on one side. i go round a corner and see a pack of highschool toughguy wannabes, walking on the ROAD. there was like 6-8 of them. anyway i was like what the hell, get the hell off MY ROAD. they started to move out of the way and they were giving me some lip!!! i thought what the hell i aint taking no lip! (by this time the road was just clear), and it was a hill with them walking up the hill. so i stopped the car and opened my door as if i was getting out to administer some disaplin.. they were like holy shit... RUN .. hahahaha they all ran for their lives. made my day :grin: :grin:

Very nice work on the DL, shit your increasing the weight so fast 5pps must be just around the corner :shock:

I see you got some weight into those chins, FINALLY :grin: How did those feel, i find it easier when there is more resistance to really concentrate on the pull.

man i tell ya, seated dp press is sooooo much better than mp. its like night and day. for a start is doenst crunch my right shoulder, 2nd i can feel the whole delt getting worked. they are great
