can you afford the running costs? it sounds like a good idea do those small portable units work very well?

the best portables are basically like the units that you see in windows etc with one end in the room and one end outside. a good portable is exactly the same ecept the whle thing is in the room, and you put a pipe from it going outside etc

LOL Dude.. Im used to living in the tropics.. average temperature is 30 - 32 deg. Winter is considered to be 25 lol.. yeah but it was AC's everywhere.. and if it ever broke down.. people died :pfft:

Same as you, it is still a bit too cold for me at the moment yesterday saw 20 something here but i still had a jersey on. I feel more comfortable around mid 20's +

wow, nice workout jono. Good to see you get 3 sets of 160 in there, and the increase in leg press volume at 10pps. Very nice!

ll i got stretch marks on teardrops, (pretty small marks), and tons of stretchmarks on inner thighs/hamstrings

progress on everything today.

i really wanna add weight to my dips so bad.. but i know it will stuff my shoulder so i had to restrain myself .. :( cant wait for the new dipping bars.. im gonna pile on ungodly amounts of weight :grin:

It must suck not being able to add weight to the dips, i bet you chopping at the bit. Workout looks solid all round.

Also just on the shoulder, i also got a bit of a niggle in the shoulder area, not last time but the time before on dips, i bought a join formula about 1 week ago now, Glucosamine, Chondroiten and MSM, all soft tissue issues seem to be clearing up. I would recommend you try it if you have the spare cash.

the shoulder feels good now. totally fine. just dont wanna screw it up you know. i have narrow as shoulder and the current bars are just too wide

good going on the bb curl, I was looking trhrough some of the old posts trying to find how much the bar weighed, you did say it was not the 20kg one? I cant find the post though your journal is a little big to search!!

think the bar is ~9kg
