I doubt you'll lose any size during your week off unless you eat like a starving Ethiopian. It's a possibility that you'll even gain muscle, although that'd depend on how "overtrained" you are. [Overtrained used loosely here.] It's quite possible that you'll lose strength during your week off due to neural components but that can be regained easily.

Enjoy it and take it easy.

P.S. Can you guys imagine what Jono does with his GF for their anniversary?

I would say a good gain there, have you increased your flexibility, it seems your able to get your elbows back further this time, looks less stessed.

How bout a rear lat spread :grin:

i can def hit this pose better these days. prolly due to increase stretching i do

ill see what i can do about getting a rear lat pic sometime this week

Enjoying the time off? off topic though but what has happened to your avatar ? working on a new one

i hate time off.

#1 it takes away a lot of motivation for keeping my diet on track; although i still managed to force feed myself

#2 i feel small and weak; i weighed myself yesterday to make sure it was all in my mind.. just under 100kg.

time to train again after me week off!

well the brains trust at the gym has changed it AGAIN and yep.. now not only is it hard/impossible to use now its DANGEROUS!

8pps*2 *** when i got to here i stopped cos its so dangerous and shitty now, basically when you go deep on it they changed the seat so much that it actually bends ur lower back and puts huge pressure on ur pelvis. damn they are smart. you wouldnt notice this is you were using 1pps btw which most of the members at this gym use.

on the issue of the crap equip at the gym, next week ill be training in powerhouse gym !! a hardcore gym just to see if its all good, if it is ill moving there to build those legs huge.

Wow mate im really impressed. Good work on the squat PB. I also may test out front squats at some stage, how did you find them, extra emphasis on quads? Less back stress?

Good to see youve taken the initiative to test out a new gym, cant wait to hear all about it.

the front squats.. really liked em so far.. my form is still shit.. the bar really hurts my shoulders.

its way way less stress on the back for sure.

although on squats i keep my back so tight i hardly stress it anyway.!

yeah ill just pay for a week a do a full weeks workout there next week, to see how it is

Good to hear things ate getting back on track. Sounds like those guys at your gym who are responsible for the equipment are idiots. I hope the new gym works out

yeah i hope it works out too many. it will be sweet to train in a real gym instead of my current yuppie one :grin:

i duno. ill see whan i get there. i dont really care either way. ill do what i have to go to reach my goals.
